Dubai’s Damac unveils $326k villas at Akoya
Listed developer says three-bedroom Akoya Fresh units are geared towards first-time buyers
Damac Properties has announced the latest launch at its Akoya developments, with a series of three-bedroom villas priced at AED 1.2 million ($326,000).
The villas, dubbed, Akoya Fresh, will be built at the Akoya Oxygen golf community, the Dubai-listed developer said.
They are geared towards young couples and first-time buyers, with the property cost payable over 3 years, Damac said.
“These villas are very suitably-priced for young couples wishing to purchase their first home in Dubai. At this price, a new home-seeker would have the choice to own a villa in a thriving golf community and all of its benefits rather than buying an apartment,” said Tim Fallon, Vice President of Corporate Communications at Damac Properties.
