Macro wins facilities management contract for three UAE schools

The $7.35 million deal covers three schools owned by Evolvence Knowledge Investments

Macro has won a three-year integrated facilities management (FM) contract to manage three schools in the UAE owned by Evolvence Knowledge Investments (EKI), according to a statement.

The $7.35 million contract, awarded to the international FM company following a tender process, covers the Repton School and Foremarke School in Dubai and Repton School Abu Dhabi.

The three schools have a total of 3,200 pupils, the Macro statement said.

Macro will provide integrated FM solutions for the total area of 146,000 sq. m, including a 24/7 helpdesk and computer-aided FM system, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), maintenance and other services.

“Macro is delighted to win this contract and we look forward to a long and rewarding relationship with EKI,” said Bill Heath, managing director, Macro International.
