Developer of The Pearl – Qatar,United Development Company (UDC), has unveiled plans to reduce the master community service charges on the Gulf country’s man-made island by around 33% starting from July 1.
The charges cover services such as cleaning of common use facilities, security, landscaping, pest control, maintenance of all mechanical, engineering and plumbing equipment, utilities for all common use properties and waste management.
Madinainova, the master community’s managing agent will re-evaluate the charges every six months, UDC said. Spanning nearly four million square metres, The Pearl-Qatar artificial island is the first land in Qatar to be available for freehold ownership by foreign nationals.
