Yahya Group completes Phase III of Dolphin Village expansion
Next phase of 20 new homes expected to be ready by October, developer says
Omani real estate developer, Yahya Group Holding, has announced the completion of the third phase of the Dolphin Village project.
Phase III adds an additional 68 homes to the firm’s Bausher-based development, as it seeks to build 143 residences, two swimming pools and a new club house in the next two years. The new homes consist of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom twin villas, the developer said.
The next phase of 20 new homes is expected to be ready by October. The final phase of the Dolphin Village expansion is expected to be completed in 2014, with two thirds of the work already completed, said Ken Mueller, general manager of Dolphin Village.
