Construction firms have been invited by the Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) to submit their bids for a contract to build 800 villas at Jubail, in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia.
The project is designed to provide housing for Maaden’s employees, who will be working at its $10.8bn aluminium complex, which is currently under construction at the Ras al-Khair Industrial City.
Australia’s Worley Parsons has been named as consultant for the scheme. Contractors have until August 1 to submit bids for the tender.
