Cityscape Global to start in Dubai on September 6
Fifteenth edition of the real estate show will host major developers such as Emaar, Dubai Holding, Nakheel and Meydan

Marking its 15th edition this year and following the success of recent exhibitions in Turkey, Egypt, Abu Dhabi, Korea and Qatar, Cityscape Global stands as the Middle East’s largest and most influential property showcase, gathering local, regional and international exhibitors together alongside a range of high-profile speakers.
Running from 6-8 September at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Cityscape Global will host major developers such as Emaar, Dubai Holding, Nakheel, Meydan, Meraas, Dubai South, DAMAC, and Al Marjan Islands, as well as international exhibitors from 30 countries, including significant pavilions from Turkey, Bahrain, the UK, and new participants from Pakistan.
The Cityscape Global Conference runs on the day preceding the show (5 September), and is expected to gather more than 1,200 delegates and speakers taking part in three dedicated sessions: Market Overview, Architecture Programme, and the Real Estate Brokers Programme.
Prominent speakers include a world-renowned futurist Rohit Talwar, CEO of Fast Future, debating current and future global economic trends; Craig Plumb, Head of Research at JLL MENA who will discuss ‘The World of Alternate Investments’; and Ann Boothello, Product Marketing Manager at dubizzle, talking about ‘Catering to Millennials’.
Cityscape Global returns with the Cityscape Talks seminar theatre, offering exhibitors dedicated space on the show floor to engage with visitors and host presentations showcasing their expertise and latest property developments.
The opening day of the show will feature the Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets, an awards programme attracting entries from hundreds of developers and architects across emerging markets globally. The winners, selected from submissions across 13 categories with the emphasis on innovation and sustainability, will be announced at an award ceremony at the Conrad Hotel Dubai.
