Project will offer two and three bedroom townhouses to current owners at Arabian Ranches as first option to buy
The developer of Burj Khalifah, the world’s tallest building, Emaar Properties is reportedly set to launch a townhouse project in the Arabian Ranches community, the Dubai-based developer’s second project in 2012.
The project will offer two- and three-bedroom townhouses, which market sources said could be offered to the current owners of Arabian Ranches as the first option to buy, according to Emirates 24-7. Arabian Ranches is a freehold project by Emaar, located on Emirates Road next to Dubai Autodrome.
It features two bedroom town homes, and up to six bedroom independent villas, as well as amenities such as communal swimming pools, gymnasiums, landscaped gardens, spas, cafes, shops, restaurants, schools, and an exclusive 18-hole, par 72-signature course, which was designed by Ian Baker-Finch in association with Nicklaus Design.
