Dubai developer Vincitore conducts roadshow in Nigeria

Vincitore Real Estate Development, the developer of the AED135 million ($37m) Vincitore Palacio in Dubai, recently concluded its first-ever roadshow in Nigeria to promote its flagship residential project.

According to Vincitore the UAE, and Dubai in particular, has emerged as a safe haven for real estate investment for Nigerians.

Vijay Doshi, founder and managing director of Vincitore Real Estate Development, said: “The UAE remains a preferred property investment destination for Nigerians because of several reasons, including unsurpassed safety, excellent options for properties and easy connectivity between the two countries.”

Nigerians have poured in “billions worth of investment” in Dubai’s property sector in the last four years, he added, which was the primary reason behind organising a roadshow in this West African country to showcase Vincitore Palacio to local investors.

“We are impressed by the response received during the show and are confident of converting enquiries into sales,” Doshi added.

Vincitore Palacio is a branded residential development at the Arjan district in Dubailand with unit prices starting at AED475,000. TUV Nord Germany (ME) will undertake all quality control of the project, which features 175 units of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with a sun deck for each apartment. Amenities include a 60-foot, temperature-controlled swimming pool, gym, landscaped gardens, secured access with video intercom and concierge services, the developer said.
