Dubai’s Damac plans phase-two sale of Akoya Imagine villas
Dubai-listed developer says the first phase of the project sold out in one day
Damac Properties says it plans to launch sales of the second phase of its Akoya Imagine villa development, after selling the first round of units in one day.
The villas, within the Akoya Oxygen master development, are designed and priced to attract professionals under the age of 35, the Dubai-listed developer said.
A sales event for phase two will be held at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai on July 30, Damac said.
“With the number of mega projects underway in Dubai, such as Expo 2020 as well as tourist and leisure attractions, we are witnessing an influx of young professionals in a number of industries who are involved in providing services to support them,” said Ziad El Chaar, Managing Director at Damac Properties.
“A significant number of this young and ambitious demographic are extremely keen on seeking out and investing in a value-for-money property in Dubai… We recognise this demand and hence the Akoya Imagine community was developed with this kind of investor – young couples and families – in mind.”
