Emaar Misr to launch 6.5 million sqm project in Egypt

Properties can be bought for a down payment of $29k plus instalments over six years
Marassi by Emaar Misr is launching a 6.5 million square meter development at Sidi Abdel Rahman Bay in Egypt, with a limited number of furnished townhouses and villas.
According to a report by The Saudi Gazette, the development will have amenities such as a golf course and academy, pools, beach, and supermarket.
The townhouses will be open plan and will range from 320 to 325 sqm. The properties will be fully furnished and can be bought for a down payment of EGP257,000 ($28,942), plus instalments over six years.
Emaar Misr is a wholly owned subsidiary of Emaar in Egypt. Its portfolio currently includes Uptown Cairo, Mivida and Marassi.
