Emaar developments contribute to social and economic benefits

Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai developer, Emaar Properties PJSC used CityScape to promote the “social and economic contribution” made by its developments.
Commenting on the developer’s “significant presence” in several key global markets, managing director Ahmad Al Matrooshi, said: “Our projects, such as Downtown Dubai, are models in modern urban development, and we are on course to replicating our success in Dubai, in other global markets.”
Such developments included the Jeddah Gate, Al LKhobar Lakes and Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah – all in Saudi Arabia – and further projects in Turkey, Jordan, Pakistan, Lebanon and Syria, in addition to a 21 storey tower comprising 35 “high-end” homes at Beverley West, Los Angeles.
