Cayan’s RMJM collaboration complete

Dubai Marina’s Silverene a “commitment to clients”

Real estate developer Cayan, has announced the completion of its fifth Dubai project, Silverene.

The two tower development offers residents studios; one, two and three bedroom apartments; duplexes and penthouses; floor to ceiling windows; marble and porcelain floors and a sundeck linking the two towers.

The towers were designed by Hazel Wong for RMJM; the firm also responsible for Emirates Towers.

“The project had proved to be very challenging due to its commencement during the global financial crisis,” said Cayan board chairman Ahmed Alhatti.

“However, the demanding economic environment did not stop us from fulfilling our commitment and Cayan is proud to have successfully completed and delivered as promised.

“The success of the Silverene project propagates Cayan’s commitment towards its clients, which is a promise to deliver with quality and fortitude in developing world-class projects and to provide quality service to its clients. This achievement has also been made possible through the cooperation of our main contractor, Arabtec, who offered their full support throughout the endeavour,” he continued.

The award winning firm that is also behind Dubai Marina’s Infinity tower, says new projects will soon be announced in Saudi Arabia.
