The CMC Tower, a mixed-use commercial building under construction in Saudi Arabia, is close to completion and construction works are running ahead of schedule, according to Cayan Group.

The SAR 100 million ($26.6 million) block on King Fahad Road in Riyadh will rise 14 storeys and include a screen for advertising purposes, the developer said.

It consists of three distinct phases – the enabling, structural and finishing packages – which will ideally take 24 months to complete.

The Cayan Group says that the construction of the tower is progressing at a steady rate, with both the enabling and structural packages completed ahead of schedule, within three and six months respectively.

Al Bawani Co. was awarded the structural package, while the finishing package will be awarded soon.
