The Big 5: UAE’s Bion Industrial displays expanded tipper trailer range
Dubai-based firm is eyeing opportunities in the GCC and African markets
Bion Industrial has introduced an expanded range of tipper trailers and a 52cbm cement bulker semi-trailer at PMV Live 2015 – the plant, machinery and vehicles show co-located with The Big 5 in Dubai.
The UAE-based manufacturer – which also operates in Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain – produces tipper trailers for a range of applications including construction, waste disposal, agriculture, mining and heavy haulage.
As part of its expansion, Bion Industrial has added three models to its existing lineup: the B 460, B 320, and B 240, with capacities of 46m3, 32m3 and 24m3 respectively. In addition, it has also launched the new CB 520 cement bulker semi-trailer, said to be 3t lighter than others in the same category in the market.
Down the line, the company also plans to expand its production line to include flat-bed and low-bed trailers as well as a range of municipal transport equipment.

In response to positive growth rates, Bion Industrial is looking at increasing production to 1,500 tippers annually, following the opening next year of a 500,000sqf manufacturing facility next year in Dubai Industrial City. The facility will be able to accommodate up to a 1,000 employees.
In addition, the company has also begun making inroads in Africa by exploring opportunities in Nigeria and Kenya.
