Dubai Properties announces on-time completion of Mudon’s Arabella townhouses

Handover Gallery opens; services include on-site DEWA and du registration

Dubai Properties has announced the on-time completion of Mudon’s Arabella, located in Dubailand, with the developer launching an initiative called the Handover Gallery which is designed to ease the moving in process for new residents.

First announced in May 2015, Mudon’s Arabella project consists of three and four-bedroom townhouses ranging from 1,984sqft to 2,603sqft. It has direct access to Emirates Road and Mohammed bin Zayed Road via Hessa Street and Al Qudra Road, respectively.

The high-end residential project features a host of amenities, including a fitness centre, recreation areas, retail and F&B outlets, as well as community services such as a nursery, an upcoming school and a clinic.

“The timely handover of Mudon’s Arabella reinforces Dubai Properties’ reputation as a developer that places the customers’ needs at the heart of all we do,” said Raed Al Nuaimi, group chief executive officer of Dubai Properties. “Whether we deal with seasoned investors or first-time home owners, we understand the dreams and efforts that go into making a real estate purchase decision. We respect these sentiments and ensure prompt and quality delivery of our projects – aiming to exceed expectations every time.”

The Handover Gallery features a comprehensive range of services under one roof including du and DEWA onsite registration as well as special deals from various mortgage and home insurance providers. The gallery also offers home owners preferential rates with select movers, home appliance vendors and landscaping companies.

In a bid to ensure sustainable living within the neighbourhood, the team at the gallery can also introduce residents interested in environment-friendly solutions to solar panel installation options from DEWA and Etihad Energy Services, the developer added.

“At Dubai Properties, we believe in providing our customers with the best experience possible from the first interaction on the sales journey through to the final handover of the property. We want nothing to overshadow the joy of moving into a new home. As part of this priority, we have opened our Handover Gallery – a one-stop shop for all essential services that aims to bring convenience and efficiency to the move-in process,” Al Nuaimi added.

Home owners seeking long-term investments can benefit from resale and rental services via an exclusive agent or broker at the gallery, the developer said.
