Developer has delivered half of its total portfolio following completion
Dubai-based property developer Danube Properties says it has completed its third project at Dubai Studio City, Glitz Residences 3.
According to the company, the development value of Glitz Residences 3 came in at $95 million and the final project contains 354 residential units including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Danube Properties added that it will “soon start the handover process to customers upon completion of the official formalities,” taking the developer’s total delivery of apartments to 656 units, following the handover of Glitz Residences 1 and 2 with 302 residential units last year.
Since entering the real estate market in June 2014 it has racked up a development portfolio of 10 projects and 3628 residential units, worth $850 million. Rizwan Sajan, founder chairman of Danube Group explained that Danube is planning to deliver four more projects in 2018 which five others currently in development.

We launch a project when the earlier project is sold out and our unique selling points include on-time and on-quality delivery, in addition to the industry-low 1 percent monthly payment scheme,” said Sajan. “With these deliveries, we are strengthening public trust on our brand and this way, Danube Properties will reinforce its position in the real estate market.”
