New 27-storey waterfront tower offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as penthouses
L-I-V Real Estate Development (L-I-V) has announced its latest flagship development, which will occupy what is said to be the latest prime plot in the Dubai Marina. L-I-V Residence Dubai Marina is scheduled for completion in Q2, 2019 and will offer a mix of apartments ranging from studios to penthouses.
The developer claims that 70% of the apartments will offer ‘spectacular views of the marina waterfront’ and notes that the tower will give residents access to a private serviced beach, three swimming pools and tennis courts. L-I-V says the tower is being developed keeping sustainable living and resident well-being in mind.

Construction work on the project is said to have started in Q3, 2016 and the developer says that the project is now over 20% complete. L-I-V partnered with Naga Architects, DG Jones & Partners, Al Qabdah Global Building Contracting and MWM Studio on this project.
