Qatari investment lender to arrange a multi-tranche syndicated financing for expansion plans
International provider of protective weld cladding services, Proclad Group has announced the appointment of Qatari investment lender, QInvest, as its exclusive financial advisor to arrange a multi-tranche syndicated financing for its UAE expansion plans and to finance future projects.
“The transaction with QInvest represents an important step in the second phase development of our world class cladding facility here in the UAE. The funding will allow us to fully exploit the current market opportunities available,” said the CEO of Proclad, Yaseen Jaafar.
The multi-disciplined engineering and manufacturing group of companies, provides specialist engineering services to clients in the oil and gas sector in the Middle East.
