DAMAC Properties has announced that the raft foundation for its $300m Damac Tower in Beirut has been completed.

The main contractors, MAN Enterprises, has completed the foundation works and the pouring of the raft involved laying 500 tonnes of steel and 4200.00 m3 of concrete, the developer said.

As a result of a collaboration between DAMAC Properties and Versace Home, the 28-storey building will be the first exclusive Versace Home branded residential tower in the region.

In June 2011, DAMAC also launched the DAMAC Residences with Interiors by Versace Home in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
